At Penned & Co., every order is prepared with care and delivered securely through our trusted shipping partners.
Processing and delivery timeline We begin preparing your order as soon as it's placed. Please review our estimated timeframe below:
- Processing: Same business day for orders placed before 2 PM EST (Mon–Fri); next business day for orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends
- Transit time: 5–7 business days
- Estimated delivery time: 8–10 business days total
Business days are Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Order changes and cancellations If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, we're unable to make changes or cancel the order.
Shipping fee Standard shipping: $5.99 for orders under $30. Orders over $30 qualify for FREE shipping (applies to all orders within our delivery area). We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our website or newsletter for updates.
Shipping coverage We currently ship within the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping times for international orders: 10–15 business days. At this time, we are unable to deliver to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses.
Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.
Delays, lost, or damaged packages If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@pennedco.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
