Cancellation policy

Pre-orders
Some of our books are sold as pre-orders. The product page and checkout show when a pre-order starts shipping.

Cancelling a pre-order
To cancel, email support@pennedco.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll refund you in full. After that, production begins and the order can't be cancelled.

If we can't ship on time
If your pre-order can't ship by the date we showed you, we'll email you before that date. You can then cancel for a full refund, or keep your order with the new date.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

We don't sell subscriptions.
