I loved that this book wasn't actually what I expected. I thought it was supposed to be deep 5 page letters I was supposed to write but it wasn't. It's just a few sentences from your thoughts. I really enjoyed the prompts and the guide that are emailed to you to help you write from the heart.

This book waa easy to navigate and pull out the stories from my memory bank. I had real brain fog when I first started but then after the first one which I started with the recipe one and then things flourished.

Love the prompts! They were very useful. My version did not look like the version I saw in a social media video - same book but some things looked different on the pages. Very thoughtful and well put together.
